Amazing place, kind and great staff. Very impressed with standard queen room with clean towels changed daily. Magnificent and perfect location, really close to a wax museum. Reasonably priced hotel restaurant. Great experience there.

The room was extremely spacious and warm with coffee/tea, clean towels changed daily, as example as described. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Besides, they let me park at private parking nearby.

Guest room was warm. The location was marvellous and super, just 5 minutes walk from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. I didn't want to leave and would definitely go back.

Absolutely great hotel in an ideal position in the centre of Lourdes. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Reasonably large room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. Very informative staff throughout.

good-sized room, besides i had an excellent view of the mountains and river. the bed was comfortable, and there were an electronic key card, a work desk, and a tv set too. all the employees were professional and extremely helpful. the location was comfortable and perfect, relatively close to a byzantine-style church. it also was to restaurant to bar.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything in Lourdes. I was able to easily walk to the Cathedral, restaurants, and all the attractions. It was so convenient! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and I appreciated that the towels were changed daily. The breakfast spread was tasty and satisfying, offering a good variety of options. I found this hotel to be great value for money.

Nice hotel in a very good building with excellent views of the mountains. A wide range of brilliant options for meal. Absolutely perfect nice location, near the city center. Nearby Rivierasol - great place to chill out.

Staff were not as professional as one might expect. Cleanliness in public areas of the hotel could have been better. Lack of proper ventilation in bathrooms.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk to the domain and the grotto. It's also conveniently close to the market and other attractions. The central location makes it easy to explore everything Lourdes has to offer.
